Magic the Gathering Marvel Super Heroes Set Releases

Get ready to dive into the world of Marvel Super Heroes as Magic the Gathering has a new cross over. Wizards of the Coast has released Magic The Gathering Marvel Super Heroes on June 26th 2026.
The set releases with 4 Commander decks out of the box.
Avengers Assemble (Red, White, Blue)
Wakanda Forever (Green, White)
Doom Prevails (Blue, Black, Red)
The Fantastic Four (Blue, Red, Green, White)
This new set can be purchased also in for form of Draft Boxes, Booster Boxes (Collectors or Standard), and Bundle Boxes.
The set contains 276 cards across that can be used for standard play. There are special prints of these cards that can be pulled in these sets as well.
Some of the notable cards that are releasing in this set that the Magic community is looking to have a really unique design. Changing the borders and borderless cards that fit the comic book theme.
One of the really cool designs is this treasured Thanos card. The design looks really cool, even though the card itself is relatively hard to read.
In the Marvel corner shows the cost of the card, to the right is the name of the card, In the description boxes show the type of creature the card represents in this case, Thanos the Mad Titan is a Legendary Creature Eternal Villain.
At the bottom of the card is the standard abilities of the creature and the power and defense. Currently at the time of release this card specifically is going for $196 on TCG Player.
There are other cool designs on the cards for this set like the comic book boarder cards, the borderless lands and the extended scene cards that can be seen below.

At release, the following card sets will be permitted in the Standard format: Magic: The Gathering Foundations, Wilds of Eldraine, The Lost Caverns of Ixalan, Murders at Karlov Manor, Outlaws of Thunder Junction, The Big Score, Bloomburrow, Duskmourn: House of Horror, Aetherdrift, Tarkir: Dragonstorm, Magic: The Gathering®—FINAL FANTASY™, Edge of Eternities, Magic: The Gathering® | Marvel's Spider-Man, Magic: The Gathering® | Avatar: The Last Airbender™, Lorwyn Eclipsed, Magic: The Gathering® | Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Secrets of Strixhaven, and Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes.
