Dungeons and Dragons fans finally have some solid things to look forward to for the famous tabletop RPG. Here is everything Wizards of the Coast has announced for the 2026 and 2027 years ahead.

Arcana Unleashed

Arcana Unleashed includes 8 subclasses, 33 spells, 10 backgrounds, 29 feats, 47 magic items, and more. It also concludes with a short adventure for 1st level characters to test out the new arcane additions. Arcana Unleashed: Deadfall is a has players face off against a dreaded lich. Deadfall is designed to bring players from level 11 up to level 20. Both Arcana Unleashed books drop September 15.

Dungeons and Dragons World of Warcraft

The world of Azaroth opens up in exciting cross over with Dungeons and Dragons. Have you ever wanted to play Dungeons and Dragons with the settings of World of Warcraft? As Wizards of the Coast; and moreover Hasbro continues to do their universes beyond initiative with Magic the Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons gets that treatment as well.

With new species and 9 subclasses, you can play as any World of Warcraft race and class combination that you could play in the MMORPG. It also includes seven World of Warcraft dungeons, 30 dungeon boss stat blocks, over 60 new spells, over 50 new monsters, and mechanics for professions, mounts, companion creatures, and faction rewards.

Dungeons & Dragons: World of Warcraft release will also have a new DM screen, a pack of Icecrown Citadel maps (with an included adventure), and two packs of miniatures, launch on November 17.The whole suite of products is available for pre-order today!

Wow! They are finally doing it. Dungeons and Dragons returns to the realm of Dark Sun in the first ever Mature content release for Dungeons and Dragons. It's set in Athas, a brutal world of city-states ruled by sorcerer kings, and with intense violence and sexual themes, this is a setting that you may want to keep out of reach from your children. But for adults in the room, this is something very unique to Dungeons and Dragons that has not been done in a LONG time.

Greyhawk: Crown of the Witch Queen

Greyhawk returns as well at the end of the 2027 schedule. Greyhawk: Crown of the Witch Queen will be a 160-page hardcover book that is villain-focused, centering on Drelzna, the vampire daughter of Iggwilv. It’s exciting to return to Greyhawk!!

Conclusion

Fans of Dungeons and Dragons have been starved for some new content or even content that is outside of the Sword Coast in the Forgotton Realms. Finally, we get some fresh new content in the world of Dark Sun and Grey Hawk. Also If the crossover of World of Warcraft goes well we should expect to see other crossovers in the future. There has even been rumors circulating of a potential Star Wars cross over.
