Talisman Blood Moon is a gothic horror themed set. More so than the reaper expansion. Today we will be unboxing this werewolf set and letting you know what is all inside. This is the Talisman Blood Moon Unboxing.

Some of the notable mechanics

There are some notable mechanics to this expansion mostly around the werewolf npc. This character behaves like the reaper, but has the chance to harm people and be fought off. Failure to roll well on the werewolf will lead to lycanthropy or the curse of turning into a werewolf.

With that in mind, the game also introduces day and night cycles. This addition to the game seems to only really be used for this expansion, but it would be cool to see it if they ever make new expansions for the game.

The Cards and Miniatures

The cards and the miniatures for this set are all around gothic horror. The miniatures are well sculpted and the cards are themed really well. One card that stands out for flavor consist of the Trick or Treat card. If you love Talisman, pull this one out around Halloween time!
