Kickstarter has always been a fantastic place to see some of the latest and greatest board games to be hitting the market. These games tend to be much more complex or themed than your standard run of the mill game that you would find at a Walmart or Target. Today we will be looking at The Kickstarter Games You Should Know About in July 2020!
Escape The Night Board Game
Escape the Night is based off the show. This game gives a clue feel with a side of horror and Arkham monster fighting. As the game progresses the group gets smaller and smaller making it harder to get to the end.
Collect artifacts, fight monsters, solve puzzles and take on bosses.
This game was fully funded in less than 3 hours and will continue it’s stretch goal journey through the course of the rest of July. The game is set to be released in December of 2020.

Roll Player Adventures
Role Player Adventures is a standalone role play adventure board game. This game can incorporate the character creation system called Role Player. The game designed for 1-4 players.
Players will take the role of fantasy heroes and take on challenges while adventuring through the land of Ulos.
Each game will contain 12 storybooks that will incorporate skill checks, battles and more.

Ascension Tactics: The Deckbuilding Miniatures Game
Ascension Tactics takes everything loved the series that combines the ideas of miniatures and deck building into one game.
This game is designed for 1-4 players. It will come with 38 high quality miniatures in the box with 27 of those miniatures being unique sculpts.
The game will come with over 250 cards as well. Finally the game can come with tokens and game map for characters to move their miniatures around on.
For those looking for a diverse experience of miniature combat but are also looking for something on a grid system that does not rely on the ruler, this game might just be a perfect fit for you.

The Night Cage
The horror cooperative survival game that screams the perfect game to play in the Halloween season.
The Night Cage is a tile based system that only tiles within your light are revealed and disappear as characters leave the areas.
The game is for 1-4 players and takes around 50 minutes to play.
To win the game, the players or “prisoners” must collect keys that are used on the gate. The players must escape out the gate to win the game.
The miniatures in this game are meeple styled candle sculpts.
The pledge levels of the game start at $35 dollars.
